This model is produced with copper tube and glass fibre insulated copper cable.

With this model, it s possible to use 2 thermocouples in 1 gas valve.
Moreover earth connection is also provided by one terminal. This results as a low labour cost for the customer.

Oven Burner
High performance
The Slim multi-gas burner is characterized by high tech performances and can be used on free standing cookers or built-in ovens in both oven and grill versions. This is a natural evolution of the tubular burner and is characterized by an extended range of nominal rate going from 1.8 to 5 kw and power modulation with a 5:1 ratio.
Flexible & adaptable
The full kit of fastening elements make it extremely flexible and easily adaptable to all types of oven cavity. The particular dimensioning of the body, the orientation of the flames and the deflectors adopted allow for a good uniformity of temperature which is particularly useful in cases where a cooking fan is not foreseen.
Stability
The stable working with all types of gas guarantees the absence of flame lift and flash back thanks to the innovative project in dimensioning and in surfaces, which are notably wider compared to corresponding tubular models.
Easy assembly
The spark plug and thermocouple fastenings, also produced by Castfutura, is of fast-connection type and allows for fast and precise positioning with instant ignition and correct sensibility of flame at both maximum and minimum rate with all types of gas.
Self - Alignement
Also available in kit is a die cast, self aligning injector carrier which always allows for an excellent combustion regardless of the accuracy of assembly. Features and performance are guaranteed by strict process and productive system testing certified Vision 2000.
Compliant
Combustion and carbonic oxide emission are in conformity with EN 30/1, CSA, SASO, GOST norms.
Co - Designed
The co-design service in new projects and the set-up of the burners in the customers’ oven cavity makes the process of development and introduction of cooking appliances on the market fast, precise and economic.
