Made with thermoblock heating furnace used LPG & NG, thermoblock is mounted to the back of the oven. Capacity of the oven temperature 250 ° C may arise. Thermoblock heating section consists of the entire heat-resistant stainless steel and black piping. Outside panels and the interior of the oven is made of galvanized sheet 1.mm 160 mm between two walls. The thickness of rock wool and glass wool were used. Producing hot air fan is mounted in the radial type 2 units. Galvanized steel that distributes the air inside the furnace, air ducts and vents flaps, located in Mona rail. The Advantages of Nano Bonderite Washing System




  • 3kg iron phosphate = 1kg Nano Bonderite
  • Iron phosphate 60 'C are needed, Nano Ceramic is enough 30'C in the winter.
  • Iron phosphate bath average of the exchange time is 2 months.
  • Nano ceramic bath exchange time is approximately 5-6 months.
  • Iron phosphate corrosion test is 240 hours. Nano Ceramic is 400 hours.
  • At Iron phosphate if it don’t warm  normal the bath will make  foaming at Nano-ceramic there is no foaming
  • With Nano Ceramic (2kg Bonderite surfactant +1.5 kg) 1200 m2 = 300 pieces of steel doors are cleaned
  • For heating iron phosphate 42m3 / h of natural gas is needed, In winter for heating Nano Bonderite 15 m3/h natural gas is needed, there is no need to heat in summer.
  • There is no passivation
  • Works with low pressure
  • At the Baths there will be no mud. At Iron phosphate the bath must be renewed at every 1-2 months because of mud.
  • Nano-ceramic bath don’t need change 6 months with adding.
  • At the bath pH checking is enough.
  • The product does not contain heavy metals its a green product.
  • It can be  applied on all kinds of metal.
  • CORROSION RESISTANCE IS TWO TIMES MORE THAN SOLID IRON PHOSPHATE
  • Covering the time is short (20-40s)
  • When Parts are covered and wait it will not rust like iron phosphate
  • There will no dusting such as iron phosphate

 

Material of Spraying Line

Bathroom Tanks
Sealed tanks reinforced the necessary places, floors will be sloped towards the discharge pipe. Necessary transportation, supply, discharge pipes and fittings of each tank is equipped with materials and liquid supply caps will be included in the material. The heated tank 50mm. be insulated with glass wool, covered with sheets over. Water tanks made from stainless steel sheet 304

Filters

Bath tanks and coarse particles in the solid body will be capable of preventing the escape of pumps, made of stainless steel wire.

Closing Valves
Appropriate types of pumps and tanks, butterfly-type shutoff valves placed between the suction nozzle.

Pressure Setting Spray Valves
Appropriate type of pump suction pressure line the mouth of the pumps will be the butterfly type valve.

Discharge Valves
Each tank will have a single butterfly-type drain valve.

Supply Valves
With the aim of supplying valves for cold water tanks will be global type.

Manometers
Spraying to control the pressure of the pressure side of the pumps will be manometers.

Pumps
Volute casing pumps, shaft and impeller are made of 304stainless steel mechanical salmastra type.

Spray Pipes

Active section of the tunnel that connects the main collector and distribution pipes are made of 1 ¼ diameter 304 stainless steel tubing. There are spray nozzles on the pipes with the required intervals.

Spray Nozzle (nozzle)

Spray Tunnel

For conveyor

With the help of the drive chain and trolleys moving suspended loads transport system based on the profile of NPI.
